Armstrat Group LLC — Est. 2022

We exist to make
strategy executable.

Most firms deliver decks. We deliver decisions. Armstrat was founded on the belief that the gap between great strategy and real-world execution is where value is lost — and where we operate.

We work alongside leadership teams navigating AI adoption, digital transformation, and organisational change — bringing the rigour of management consulting and the pragmatism of operators who’ve done it themselves.

Strategy without execution is theory. Execution without strategy is chaos.
We bridge both.

Our story

Built from frustration with consulting that doesn’t stick

Armstrat Group was founded in 2022 by Hashir I. Qureshi and Abdullah Qureshi with a simple conviction: most strategic advice is delivered to organisations that aren’t set up to act on it. The frameworks are sound. The recommendations are sensible. But the execution gap remains.

We built the firm to close that gap. Our engagements are fixed-scope, outcome-driven, and designed from the start to hand over something your team can actually run. We don’t leave behind a report. We leave behind a decision, a system, or a capability.

Today the firm’s focus sits at the intersection of AI strategy, digital transformation, and organisational design — working with leaders who are accountable for delivering change, not just commissioning it.

“We measure success by what changes in the business, not what lands in the deck.”

Abdullah Qureshi

Co-Founder & Partner

Abdullah oversees engagement delivery and operational practice at Armstrat. He brings deep expertise in business strategy, digital implementation, and building internal capability within client organisations. His focus is on ensuring every engagement produces a clear handover — a team, a system, or a process that works without us in the room.

How we work

Three principles that shape every engagement

01

Fixed scope, clear outcomes

We don’t do open-ended retainers. Every engagement starts with a defined objective, a timeline, and a deliverable that you own at the end. This keeps us accountable and keeps the work from drifting into relationship maintenance.

02

Vendor-agnostic, always

We don’t resell software, receive referral fees, or carry preferred partnerships. Our recommendations exist solely to serve the client’s objective. When we point you at a tool, it’s because it’s the right one — not because we have skin in the game.

03

Built for operators, not committees

We work best with decision-makers who are accountable for delivering change: founders, C-suite leaders, and the senior operators beside them. Our outputs are designed to be acted on — concise, specific, and free of the hedging that makes consulting safe but useless.
